Technical User Groups

ICC hosts many national and regional technical user groups at our Columbus headquarters. As technical leaders in our community, the ICC team regularly presents and participates in varying technical groups.

Certification Reimbursement

ICC encourages its employees to achieve and maintain technical certifications and other professional designations. In most cases these fees are 100% reimbursable.

Professional Resource Center

The PRC strives to be the human capital center of excellence. It includes the people, programs, materials, and structure for lifelong learning and career development. Recent college graduates are offered an intense boot camp-type training that combines technical instruction with on-the-job training.

Mentoring

ICC arranges mentoring relationships between an experienced advisor and less experienced mentee. Assignments are made by a series of regular meetings that occur on a volunteer basis, and follow proven guidelines for structured progress.
